Shirley Ensemble: The Wall

Light UP Shirley Ensemble invites you to attend a performance of their original work in progress, "The Wall." The piece has been devised entirely by the cast throughout a lengthy process which also involved participation on the #BeeWell Project which funded the early portion of our research phase along with support from So: Linked and Southampton Voluntary Services. 

We are extraordinarily proud of the efforts of the entire cast, who have really pushed themselves creatively to tackle a difficult topic with heart, humour, humility and above all else honesty. After receiving tremendous feedback following our 'Scratch Night' performance in late July 2024 the cast is back again and looking forward to welcoming a supportive audience to input on the piece before taking it on to any further stages of development.
