Originally a short ghost story by Charles Dickens, Unexpected Places Ensemble’s original production of The Signalman is an audio journey, with all dialogue, sound, and music pre-recorded and played in darkness, with only glimpses of the chilling story viewed on stage. The Signalman is plagued by visions of a spectre, which is always followed by tragic deaths on the train line he is responsible for. Ensemble are thrilled to have performed a sell-out run of this production at the Edinburgh Fringe, the biggest arts festival in the world.
