Five Children and IT

"If you were to make a wish, what would you wish for?"

Five children, their Mother and Granny, have moved to the countryside. When the children go to the beach they discover a mysterious green thing. A Psammead, or as the children call them, ‘It’. They soon realise that It can grant wishes. But do these wishes go as planned? No! Things get even more chaotic when the children’s eccentric inventor neighbour Crankston gets suspicious of all the magical goings-on next door, and plots to take It’s magic for himself.

This story is about enjoying the magic of the small things in life, and the connections you make along the way with family and friends. And lastly, it’s about being totally ridiculous!
